เงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรสมาชิก
• บัตรสมาชิกมีอายุ 1 ปีนับตั้งแต่วันที่สมัครบัตร
• โปรดแจ้งชื่อ หรือแสดงบัตรสมาชิกทุกครั้งก่อนเข้ารับบริการ
• ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น หรือส่วนลดอื่นๆ ได้
• กรณีบัตรหายหรือชำรุด บริษัทฯ ขอเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมในการออกบัตรใหม่200 บาท
• เงื่อนไขการให้บริการเป็นไปตามที่ มาสุมิ สปา กำหนด
• บัตรสมาชิกนี้ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของ มาสุมิ สปา ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดย มิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า โดยถือผลประโยชน์ของลูกค้าเป็นส่วนสำคัญ

o This privilege allowed maximum 1 follower.
o Can be use this privilege at 10.00 – 22.00.
o There is no limit on number of times to use our service.
Condition of Use
• The privilege card is valid for 1 year from the date of applying.
• Please inform name or present the member card to staff before using.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions.
• 200 Baht fee for new member card incase of lost or damage member card.
• Term & Conditions as specified by Masumi Spa.
• This member card is the property of Masumi Spa. Masumi Spa reserves the right to cancel this member card and/or withdraw privileges without prior notice.
